We prioritize the quality of our hair, the sensibility of our prices, and our relationship with each customer. We want to be transparent with you, the customer, at every step of the process. Our team asks that you honestly review our products so that we can grow and improve as a brand. Thank you!

Shipping

Cocoa.isms only shipping within the United States. When a customer place an order on our website, it will be processed and you will receive a tracking number via email within 1 - 3 business days. Upon processing, the customer can expect to receive your package within 3 - 7 business days.

What are the payment options?

This online store only accepts credit and debit payment from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

What is your return policy?

Feel free to return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your original order. Please read our terms of eligibility below to know if your package qualifies.


1. Items returned within 7 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair type, or color doesn't match the description, please feel free to contact us at cocoa.isms@gmail.com. Our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.


2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.


3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service first at cocoa.isms@gmail.com with the subject line: Order Return (Tracking #: XXXXXXX) including the tracking number provided when you initially ordered the hair. You can send the items back after customer service confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to a safe money transactional platform, PayPal. The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees necessary to return the item.


4. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are not eligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
